bad leadership avoid

Business Outlook

Pros

Competitive salary and benefits. Collaborative and supportive coworkers. Convenient location.

Cons

The new CEOs (Global and Australia) and Head of Technical lack industry expertise and are not receptive to feedback, leading to ineffective leadership. It comes across they are only thinking about themselves (bonus to sell business and part it out) Widespread uncertainty about the company's future and job security has created a high-stress environment, driving many employees to resign and negatively affecting workplace culture. Technical work lacks depth and strategic vision, with little focus on long-term impact. Teams are consistently under-resourced, leading to excessive workloads and burnout. Lack of opportunity to advance in your career
