      Pros

      - Work means something - Good reward - Nice office

      Cons

      - Too many hires of people who are not the right hires, i.e. people who do not understand their subject. For example, there is no Chief Compliance Officer and no official compliance team. There are huge HR Data gaps. Things that existed 9 years ago in other companies still are not available now at AA. - Fragmented and decentralized approach to risk so basically its Game of Thrones. The DOJ or SFO will have a field day. - Too many restructures. Good people let go. Poor people kept on.
