The company paid very much attention to our work and social life balance, considering the fact that it was a FIFO basis.

Cons

Employee turnover was excessive especially the area I worked for because it was still a project and time and performance was of essence.

Very uprofessional hr talent acq. + very political employees. All stay for their good benefits. Partly most of them know nothing about the work load especially secretaries. only those who look good are selected for the position. hr will give bad remarks on you if you are not selected.
