Pros
Flexible schedule, comprehensive benefits, casual atmosphere. When I got the job I was relaxed and happy I'd be in an environment where the main focus was helping people.
Cons
Bad training that has almost no use on the floor, pressure to near harass people into donating blood, system that can't control how often it calls people, which reps have to suffer for. Not to mention misinformation on the position itself. I was told the focus wouldn't be on getting in donors, just trying to get who you can, but if you couldn't get someone, it was okay. This was a lie. There are quotas to where if you don't get a number of donors within a month, they will let you go, even if it's been shown that everyone's numbers are down.
