CONS WERE EVEERYTHING ELSE THE PEOPLE SUCKED THE HOURS SUCKED AND WORST ALL MANAGEMENT SUPER SUCKED I MADE IT 1.5 YEARS BEFORE GETTING ANOTHER JOB !!!

Pros

Some of the most compassionate colleagues I've ever worked with! The human side of work was always in the foreground and I couldn't have enjoyed my time there any more.

Cons

Lacks processes. I was shocked at so many things that had no structure or process built around when we're America's first responder for disaster relief. Over time processes and documentation evolved. Huge culture change coming from Corporate America to a strong social work environment, huge! Offer paid parking as a benefit!
