Pros

caring employees, pto is good

Cons

More work, constantly hearing do more with less, continuous cutting of benefits, always hearing you're lucky to have a job. Incompetent bosses, favoritism, unethical behavior rewarded. Just move bosses to different positions with no cut in pay, little people have to take cut in pay to keep job.

Pros

Good work life balance. Transparent leadership. Pay is ok.

Cons

No opportunity for advancement. Risky longevity; only those close to D.C HQ leaders have a secure place in the organization or they have golden parachutes. Direction of the organization is constantly changing. Large nonprofit that acts like a for profit organization.

Cons

Too many hands in the pot, no decisions are ever made in upper management. The blood drives are getting better but customer service has been rough at times
