Free housing, Free parking, opportunities to earn extra money, close to school, live with peers, best on campus housing available

Cons

The difficulty of juggling academics often goes unrecognized by management. In staff meetings, CAs are micromanaged to the point where our agenda is read to us. Not as flexible with scheduling as they should be when hiring campus leaders to fill positions.

Great opportunity fo advancement within the company.

Pros

Great place for advancement within the company. It is a very flexible job with class schedules. As a marketing student it has really helped me to gain sales and promotional skills.

Cons

The pay is not very good compared to other jobs around campus. There are several a few instances where there was a lack of communication between management and the community assistant role.
