      Pros

      Being a college student; they worked around my class schedule.

      Cons

      The company is fairly new, and it shows in the management. The corporate level management is too overbearing on the regional units, and they suffer because of it. The compensation for the lower level employees is a cure joke. My position was a sales job that paid no commission and a straight minimum wage. It was difficult to sell a company that treats its employees so poorly.

      Pros

      great place, everyone is friendly and loves to help eachother out, it is definitly like a family seetting.

      Cons

      Be prepared to step up big time, after a while, they will want you to start taking on more responsiblity without even asking you. they will just give it to you.
