Pros
The company has nice atmosphere and good environment too.The perks and benefits are also good.You have to play pool if you don't have any work. Food is also good here. Morning breakfast and evening snacks are free of cost.
Cons
Amdocs has mixed project,some of the project is too old like they are using old technologies and if you came from new tech and got selected on basis of it, don't think that they will give you the latest tech. If you are not lucky like me u have to work on legacy systems and u feel roasted when working on it. The legacy projects have their own tools and most of them customized.So if you learn all of them it won't help you in future if you wanted to switch. Amdocs also have bench and they called it foundry. If you are in bench and if you do not have project than the chances are very high that they will force to resign from the organisation.
