      Global Level Policies, Relocation Benefits.

      Cons

      Ruined by very mediocre Indian middle management. Toxic Work Culture. Looks like a political asylum. No value for skills. A good place to learn cheap politics. Lousy managers treating their subordinates like donkeys hired to fulfill their personal fantasies. A complete circus.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
