      Pros

      Interesting projects to work on, fantastic colleagues and great benefits Fun daily events and swag offered in celebration of holidays, milestones, etc. Flexible with life/work balance

      Cons

      Management seems to lack in the communication area between HR and employees. Company reported huge profits in December, promising employees bonuses and job security only to retract that and lay off thousands of its employees at a drop of a hat with a weeks notice in advance.

      Average Appraisals even if you don't work

      Cons

      Non Technical managers will judge on your technicality No office perks . you need your own laptop, Internet. Continuous 8 hours login compulsory and if you don't follow be ready for Micro management. No Learning in projects. Most of the Technical projects have only documentation work. Video Trainings to Freshers which doesn't help. Old HRMS System and office internet infrastructure keep you hanging all the time.
