      Pros

      Pay is ok with shift differential. Matching 401k is a plus.

      Cons

      Unless you've been there for years, you'll be stuck on 12hr rotating shifts. The training is sub-standard, and the lead folks aren't very nice.

      I worked for this company for 10 years before new management took over. I worked under good Indiana management staff, very respectful. Excellent benefit. Good co-workers.
