This company has lost its direction. Weak top management team that has no focus and direction

Great work colleagues that help each other during times when dealing with top management's often irrelevant and sometimes nonsensical requests
Cons
Tough working environment when top management change their focus and directions on a daily basis. Bad management of finance. No process to deal with planning, forecasting and financial management. Not anyone that i can see that is familiar when these processes. Top management cannot deal with changes and new ideas. Top management seemed content to do what they are accustomed to do for the past 10 years. Top management has a habit of asking coworkers to leave if things get tough or when there is lower sales for the month. No long term planning. Workers are left demoralized and defeated by nepotism style management.
