      Sneaky, shady company, nepotism rampant.

      Close to home, nice co-workers

      Cons

      Liars. Promised a bonus after working 6 months, then got rid of me after 5 months so they wouldn't have to pay me. Gave me a bogus reason for letting me go. Management practiced nepotism when hiring. Management allowed Customer service reps and Customers to harass and verbally abuse their employees it was more important to get the product out the door rather than concentrating on Quality first. I could go on and on.

      Management will do illegal things to keep sales people happy, because its, "a sales based company" pay is low responsibility high.

      Fragmented company learning to be One Amcor

      Work Life Balance for my role is pretty manageable.

      Cons

      Slow decision making. People seem afraid to speak up. Company still very fragmented, business units not willing to share or help each other.
