Pros

• Conducted account security and verification audits for Amazon's US-based customers as a member of the Account Change team. • Provided English-language customer service support for Amazon's European market, assisting customers with product inquiries, order tracking, and returns. • Demonstrated proficiency in multitasking and optimizing workflows to improve customer experience.

Cons

• The leadership department was not great and ultimately hindered my interest and ability to progress further within the company. • The company's focus on growth by optimizing its workflows and time was great, but the way the leadership team worked, meant they would end up getting all the credit or most ideas I could come up with, or most will never come to fruition, so this lead to major frustration within my role and bad experiences with the last manager lead to making up my mind and deciding to leave the company.
