- career advancement if you put in the effort and contribute - smart and friendly coworkers - unique product with immense potential - deploy Amazon warehouses and be part of making history - industry leading benefit and competitive salary plus bonus - some of the best leaders I have ever worked with

Cons

- long hours but worth the hard work - less control in company direction since Amazon purchase, but it will not impact your career direction and advancement - product is still in infancy so plenty of issues and growing pains, but it is all part of the startup culture and great opportunity for problem solvers

Super cool, innovative technology for moving and storing stuff. This smart solution is all about being simple, flexible and easy to use. Work solving awesome problems with smart fun people. Great perks from the cereal to the ping pong table. The teams care about each other and everyone contributes to company success.

Cons

Can be challenging to work remotely with West coast offices.

Pros

A culture of really smart people that take ownership and quickly pull together to break through challenges and innovate at a healthy/incredible pace. I've worked at several companies prior to Kiva and none compare; the people have a passion for collaborating and challenging (no egos) each other to reach the optimal solution. Beyond the great culture, working in a space that is disrupting old fulfillment technologies with robotics is pretty cool and fascinating!
