"Work hard. Have Fun. Make history." is an Amazon tag line, but it definitely rings true at Kiva. It’s not often that you get a chance to work on something that is truly changing an industry. Kiva has built a game changing technology and now in partnership with our colleagues at Amazon, we are revolutionizing the on-line order fulfillment business. I guarantee that if you saw this product in action at a massive Amazon fulfillment center you’d be blown away. Amazon fulfillment center associates love our robots! I’ve read the reviews here that talk about Kiva being a tough place to work, and to some extent that has been true. If you’re looking for a country club atmosphere you won’t find it here. But, if you want to work with some of the brightest, most dedicated people around on some of the most cutting edge technology, this is a great place to be. The engineering staff here is top notch and the management team is the best I’ve worked with. We do it all right here in North Reading. Software and hardware. Design, develop, test, manufacture and support. All under one roof. And, we’re still in the early stages of long journey with Amazon. It's a great time to be at Kiva.
