Pros

Most of the people that work there are OK...standard CS workers, mostly females in their 20's...fun to listen to conversations between calls

Cons

No real direction on careerpathing. You don't really get an idea of how to advance or change departments...job descriptions can turn on a dime so you have to be will to make sudden changes.

Pros

The only pro is the 45 min lunch. There are not 20 words to say in the pro column but that this is the worse company I have ever worked for.

Cons

Low pay, poor benefits, have to buy your own supplies. Only does what benefits the company. Some people have been there ten yrs and were switched to a diff contract and were dropped down by $4hr per hr.There basic attitude is if u don't like it can leave. Because they do call center work for diff companies you have just as much security here as if u were working for a temp agency.
