Pros

Really good people and managers

Cons

Didn’t stay because best department was let go. They would rather pay the Philippines cents, but was most likely not Aloricas fault since they are 3rd party. Training for some departments are absolutely terrible - do NOT go into any IT departments. People go to IT school for years and Alorica will try to train that IT info in a 2-4 week training.

Pros

I have nothing good to say about this company.

Cons

They really dgaf about you. An environment for bed bugs, they will change your schedule on you with no notice. They don’t monitor their people even with all of the things saying they do. Safety is at risk. Hostile work environment from the managers and higher ups. My manager verbatim told me if I wanted my work accommodation I would have to beg for it. They give incentives then take them away two seconds later! Instead of hiring within they’ll hire someone new to be your manager. They don’t even know what they’re doing.
