      Good work opportunities, good pay, can learn a lot, this is a good company for freshers and for those who enjoy work and long working hours.

      Cons

      Long working hours, culture is not good, freshers are fired very quickly, bad hiring process, no respect for employees, extremely unfriendly for women.

      Pros

      I am very happy with workings at Aloha, it is a great place to learning about new technologies. I have joined with just 5 months experience previously and working here for almost 1 years I have learn a lot. I am in .Net team and learn MVC, Angular JS and also LINQ. All things I read about only earlier but not able to use. Salary appraisal is also very good because I did well in my projects.

      Cons

      I was a bit lost in the beginning, so I did not who to talk to. I talk with my team lead and he help me. Talking to my team lead helping me.
