No transportation Joining this company will ruin your career and life no matter how much money or position is promised. At the end of the day you will just be puppets in the hand of management and no matter how much time and energy you might invest, the company will be zero interested in your professional growth. Chairs are broken... Some of the senior colleagues chew gutka and spit it in the dustbin kept beneath the desk... You'll have to bear with Uncivilised managers, seniors and colleagues

1. Useless people who can't get a good job outside works in Aloha. 2. Unprofessional people with no sense on how to talk. 3. Managers think they are gods, who also can't get job outside and are working with Aloha started as Freshers. 4. Small screen systems with no licensed software. (Every window machine displays a sign - "Activate Windows". 5. Good for nothing conference rooms where chocolate wrappers, dust on table and patches on walls are common to see. (Beautiful view) 6. Oh and you have to send a mail to your team lead/manager wherever you enter and go back from office. (Like seriously?) 7. Everyday you have to maintain one excel sheet to write down your tasks, status, start date, end date, estimation kind of things. Why? Because they Aloha believes in maintaining excel sheets rather than buying a licensed software. 8. Full in-hand salary, no PF, no HRA, no other deductions.
