- Different challenges you can get to prove your self. - You can become versatile - Best company to increase your work strength/ knowledge base and hands on experience - If you perform well ,if you work hard you will get good benefit in terms of salary/ appraisal within 1year or 6 months

Late night work, Need to finish work on short notice, work/life is little difficult here u can learn new things in quick time. Need to finish work on short notice, work/life is little difficult here. Company provide good hike or review when they like your work
