Pros

Get a lot to learn.......they put freshers of bca to work on silverlight and WCF.......In a few months, your knowledge will be more than a two year experienced guy.To survive, you must know how to do cut-throat politics and fast coding as well.

Cons

Very low pay, zero facilities(no pick and drop,no insurance,no pf and nothing else)....if you are lucky, you will go home by 10:30 else it is 2:30 in night ,take a leave and if its more than 1.25 days in a month then your salary will be deducted. No sick leaves, they have a rule of sandwich which eats your already measly holidays to crumbles.Owner servant attitude in the organization so be ready to keep your ego in check. Will be rewarded if you can play cut throat politics and capacity to lie where needed. There is much more to know if you really want to get the real bite then come join aloha and viola! i will be working alongside you. But,If you don't have any other option then you can't help it so better ignore this disclaimer, claim it as a grunt of a dissatisfied employee and walk in to meet likes of me.

Pros

1. Good opportunity to lead project and teams for less experienced people 2. Fewer friendly staff and management

Cons

1. Improper salary structure. Since day 1 every time there is a hike it’s added to your incentive component, no proper parameters on which the directors judge you, a form is filled just for a formality. Its up to them how much they want to provide an increment and its just they bait us, treat like slaves. 2. No hierarchy in the company, the worst part of the company. If you joined as a Business Analyst, after 4 years if you resign the company the same designation is provided. 3. Directors always want to maintain everything under their control and no rites provided to HR of the company. No policies, all fake just a paper thing. 4. No increment letters or applications given to employees for their hard work. They treat us like slaves. 5. No Domain specific projects to learn, flat projects. No proper team structure or allocations of resources and working strategy is worst part, i.e. make fool of clients. 6. High level of politics between these people (only few managers typically very well known in company), reason being they couldn’t grow much and they don’t appreciate a new comer gets any perk. 7. No proper infrastructure, no perks, no laptops and even not a single coffee machine in the company. And even the management does not invest in communication channels for the employees to communicate among them, they use whats app to communicates all the discussion. 8. No tools used by the company to manage any project work, just google sheets. No presentations in the company, no learning perspective to improve your skills, no meetings with the employees, no interactions, very sad part of the company. 9. Late working hours and no work life balance and always create pressure of work, even if they know the resource is unavailable. 10. No working patterns defined. Its just like work is going on and money is coming to the company, then they don't care about any other thing. 11. People who are reading my review, please think before you choose.

Pros

nothing. Join only if you are fresher, bachelor and need of a job. Here you won't be getting a personal life. You will work like a donkey.

Cons

Forget personal life, work from around 10 am till night, forget weekends. HR are puppets here, they ask freshers to submit original documents. Cheap politics. They will always call you "sir", "sir" in a sweet voice but never respect you. If you are weak hearted, then you will end up with heart diseases because of tremendous pressure. Never ever recommend it to anyone. Don't join if you have a work experience.
