      1. first pros of aloha and Hoku . first I would like to info you what is Hoku , Hoku is Just a Good company which will give you a lots of work with mental harassments with lots of work for 12-14 hours in a day . 2. Your Saturday-Sunday is Officially Off but they always force to work unofficially .. 3 Third and most important is all TL and Manager are incompetent to handle a team , No respect towards Employee ,, OOh sorry not employee its resource . 4 They always abusive words with personal talks , after your joining you will know the reality of Aloha tech .I'm sure you will resign with in a week Becouse you lost your self respect . 5. Toxic environment for fresher and 1-2 years of experience. 6. HR policies are available only on the day of joining . They never Response your call or mails .Fake promises ,Resign is also never accepted officially . It is enough for your decision. feel free to join this toxic environment ..

      For freshers it's good People with no communication skills can also join Start your first day with assignments Good for learners

      Cons

      No canteen : employees have to eat their food on rooftops Most of the people are using Marathi as regular languages No facilities No healthcare Washrooms are not good You have to work 10-12 hours daily sit there if you nothing to do No dress-code people are coming in like hell Old hardware No corporate life that you can expect No space for working people are sitting in very compact way Chairs are not comfortable Timings are bad 11 am to 10 pm Try to get job somewhere else if you don't have option then only join this company

      Pros

      What do you want to do in your life? You have awesome life. You have good family and friends. This is place where you will loose every thing. You will work learn a lot of thing. but if somebody ask about it you will not know anything. if you are think you are hero here you will become zero. They will crush your dream and your life. If you don't have job it is good but if you have job in aloha its worst then jobless.

      I am so disappointed that i am not able to give minus Rating. TRUE STORY: Suppose you are in Aloha. You will get increment after 8 months. It is ideal condition. You work very hard and perform very well. but you did one mistake in last month. If you are looking for hike you will not get. because one mistake spoil your increment. Let's meet to hr. He/She will inform you i have sent an email. You will get hike in next month. Next month you will get same salary. Do you know sab tv show. Office-Office. IF you are in aloha your life will look like - "Mussadi Lal".
