Pros

Big company with good benefit. Salary is about the average. A lot of PTO days even for new hires.

Cons

A lot of politics within Investments. Rarely get promoted unless you get hookup with some senior leaders. The senior leader in Investment Reporting team does not have enough knowledge about the work within the team and can't provide any guide, only listen to the big heads' voice, not care about the team and staff development unless you are the favorite pet. High staff turn-over in the team and worst work-life balance without recognition. Definitely avoid!

Pros

Large company with room to move and grow. Open culture to try new roles and shadow while still in current role. A lot of PTO time given starting day one. Good benefits.

Cons

Lower salaries paid due to large benefits. Hard to take PTO time due to limitations on time off. Hard to advance. Technology is lacking and behind.
