Pros
PTO buying; all PTO up front for the whole year
Cons
There was NOTHING about this job that is worth remembering. I actually get PTSD flashbacks when I walk past my home office. This was by far the most atrocious experience and job I’ve ever had. They lied to me from the jump. You HAVE to get in WRITING what they offer you, don’t rely on the offer letter that thing is full of lies and sweet talk. If they say to your face “you’re gonna be in INBOUND sales agent” get.that.in.writing. If they tell you you’ll be make a certain amount, get.that.in.writing. I was told the following “during training the pay is $17.50 but after you’ll go up to $50k!” WRONG it’s 17.50, NO CHANGE. Then I was told I would be inbound sales, actually my whole class was told that, then half way through training almost everyone, including myself, were told we were switched to OUTBOUND. The devil himself created outbound sales, I have never been cussed out, threatened, harassed, and belittled as I was in that role. When asked what the “heck” is up with changing me they said “departmental needs” DO NOT BE FOOLED this is what they do; they lure you in then and do a classics bait and switch. I THANKFULLY hav left but my former coworkers, who are all inbound, tell me how terrible it is. The insurance is way more then what other companies are charging, it’s not at all possible to seek anything and make enough in commission to make up for the lack of salary: 17.50 an hour in this day in age is disgraceful and disgusting. The metrics are unattainable and you will be burnt out before even starting on the phones.
