Good coworkers, that's it. Nothing more.

Cons

Crap pay, bad faith management, that lies, promotes company favoritism and gossips with other managers. Expect to work multiple unpaid overtime to survive. Insane pending, lack of staffing. Unattainable goals that in the end effect you yearly bonus. Was with this company for over 15 years and the company has gone down hill over the past 10 years. YOU ARE NOT IN GOOD HANDS WITH ALLSTATE.
