Pros

Company has been around a long time Direct management effective

Cons

3 times in 5 years the learning department reorganized. Each time, positions were eliminated, but needed to hire back later. Need more learning and development expertise. Hiring a claims adjuster as an instructional designer or facilitator is fine, but you need to train on adult learning as well.

Pros

Colleagues are generally supportive. That's it.

Cons

Every 5–6 months, there's a round of unpredictable firings — like a game of musical chairs. Job security is a serious concern; instead of focusing on work, you're constantly worried about who’s next. Lack of transparency from management during these phases. Creates a high-stress, low-trust environment that affects productivity and morale.

Pros

Good manager and positive environment.

Cons

Work structure is a little too rigid. Would like it if it was more flexible environment.
