Pros

salary was decent remote work from home

Cons

management training what we were expected to do in our day-to-day, was completely different from what we were trained to do Despite being trained in certain parameters of loss, if customers complained enough...they were granted coverage Customers' treatment of adjusters was disgusting...and management allowed it Being told that it would take a year to fully understand and be comfortable in the role of adjuster; then being pushed for unprecedented closure on a large number of claims daily
