-Great management and team -Not micromanaged -Flexible PTO -Take your work anywhere and travel

Cons

-Extremely phone heavy job -This particular position means that anything going on with the claim falls on you as you are listed as the claim owner, however you are not trained to answer PIP questions nor total loss/auto questions -You will definitely be working after hours and weekends to catch up on work and you will not be paid for it in most cases -It is very easy to fall behind in work and you will be asked to take other people's phone calls as well

Benefits....direct management (not upper management) are very nice and helpful....teams work together....very family friendly....time off with tenure is awesome...recognition is always given

Cons

Not competitive pay and barely anything for raises even after tenure...new management in certain departments have made changes that are driving people away......HR didn't help when I needed them the most
