      Pros

      Frequently, there is overtime available. Scheduled break are usually given on time. It is easy to switch off-days with coworkers.

      Cons

      Management is callous , self-interested, unforgiving, and seniority means nothing to them. Management will change your schedule out of the blue according to their needs. A tardy and an absence are consider the same infraction so, if you are going to be 15 minutes late, you might as well just take the whole shift off, if you can afford it. People in management tend to act emotionally and rash instead of professional.

      Pros

      I receive a check for the hours I work. Just like any other job.

      Cons

      Management is horrible. They state you need to contact them for all of your needs (i.e. personal days, vacation days, etc). But they never contact you back. They also don't like to pay you for personal days or vacation days. The company is now in downtown Chicago locations so they're not used to abiding by Union rules. Horrible communication.
