(Per my current site's standards- Downtown Atlanta) - Effective patrol/posts on the property and surrounding areas - Rich dynamic when it comes to networking

Cons

(Per my current site's standards- Downtown Atlanta) - Excessive taunting from superiors - Lack of discipline - Inadequate staffing/scheduling (its getting better) - Disconnect in communication between superiors and officers (HUGE PROBLEM, HUGE!!!!) - Lack of respect; officers and leadership alike - Micromanaging - Workplace Bullying - Corrective action is never suffice to performance issues by security officers; if an officer asks for clarification to get a CLEAR understanding on what triggered a disruption in workflow, its either followed by attitude from a superior or alienation of that officer .....I can continue, but I think the picture is clear.....WE NEED TO DO BETTER!!!

works with schedule. understanding if you have family. gets the uniform for you. trains you at your pace, on computer and field training.

Cons

extremely contradicatory. will write you up for things you did not say/do. forces you second guess eveything they tell you because they change the rules so often you cannot keep up. the director of the site will insult you while trying to make it sound like a compement.
