Doesn't even pay well. I would not recommend working here, they do not care for their employee's and contrary to what some of the comments say it is very hard to work remote or from home, its all manager based and my manager was terrible. Several people in my team got a 1% raise, some even received a 0% raise which does not even account for the inflation rate. The hours are long and you cannot flex your hours, i.e. you always work + 40 hours. The expectation is to be available whenever even though the pay isn't well, the skills you learn are not transferable, and the flexibility is not a two way street. Do not work here.

I was part of this company for a long time and overall I enjoyed my time there. The company seems to be intent on moving roles offshore to save on salary. I was part of a massive layoff that involved replacing many roles with offshore colleagues and I wouldn't surprised if more are to come.
