The one pro that I can call out is that I have been fortunate enough to work for this company for as long as I have and have been able to maintain taking care of my family.

1. Underpaid 2. Under valued 3. Benefits are not the best 4. No growth/stagnate

Pretty good benefits, I guess

Cons

Insanely unrealistic workloads; leadership doesn't care about employees; pay for long-time colleagues doesn't keep up with market; current leadership doesn't even understand the benefits administration business. Leadership takes in additional work without adequately increasing staff.

Health plans are amazing and that’s about it

Cons

Heavy workload, not enough pay, expect to work 50-60 hours a week to meet deliverables and coaching expectations. Client side teams don’t care about engagement, only numbers. Training needs to be revamped as it causes high turnover which brings more stress on team managers. Upper management also will tell you what you want to hear only but no practice in what they preach.
