The company has become garbage since they were bought out and re-branded from AON to Alight. Management is clueless and careless. DS started running things and management lets them do whatever they want. The work load is huge but they only care about profit so instead of working with the great minds they have to improve and grow the company they lay us off. Less people to work the job, more complaints from the clients and BAM! Bye bye revenue. So I'm satisfied that they are imploding on themselves as it is their own fault.

Alight is the classic example of a company ruined by an investment company buyout. - think Carl Icahn or for movie buffs, Gordon Gekko. Prior to the buyout the company was highly dysfunctional and relied on years of goodwill and business connections to thrive. It is still dysfunctional but now is run by an investment company attempting to squeeze every dime out of its employees to be make money. Since the employees are the lifeblood of a service organization this strategy will only last for a while before the best and brightest jump ship. Poor Communication Skills 20. Bodes an Air of Arrogance
