Not have matured managers .. Not good for starters.. Please increase salary.

* No loyalty to Employee's -Employee's work endless hours and sometimes over the time they are supposed to work to get things accomplished for the client and what they do is never appreciated. * Overworked and under paid - Although you may have the opportunity to work from home, you put in more hours at home working than what you would do in the office, many times not even taking a lunch break and working over your scheduled time to work. Most times if you get a raise it is less than 1% *Software tools used are Proprietary to the company, and you can not use same software knowledge within any other companies if you get laid off. Ex. Software- Workbench, TBA, all used in house. *Does not allow opportunities for certification training's to enhance career path.
