      Pros

      Appraisals are good to sustain in the Organization, they have a good learning environment with no or minimal politics among the Colleagues, that's the best thing I found in Alight.

      Cons

      Doing a lot of Cost cutting after Aon Hewitt transformed into Alight Solutions. They are looking for employees who are average performer(ignoring their Loyalty towards the Organization) and based on their performance, they would make the best possible ways to point your performance and are throwing away the employees from the Company. Hence Cost Cutting Succeeded.

      Pros

      I think that they are truly doing their best to provide and support their employees on the HR side. The company truly wants to make an impact and create a healthy culture for their employees. My coworkers were great and it really depends on your manager how your experience will be.

      Cons

      Had a manager that was really out of touch with the team. Tried to micromanage every detail but couldn't provide the support to help foster growth and change. The job itself was not described well at all and it was completely different than what anyone thought they had signed a contract for (given your duties are very challenging to explain).

      Pros

      The only pro is that I've learned how fast a company can go from 60 to 0 in one yr

      Cons

      Been with the company 13 yrs since it was Hewitt. Since rebranding to Alight, it's gone to hell. Upper mgmt has no idea what we do and no interest in knowing. Lay offs continue so that work can be outsourced to India or third party vendors. There is no more quality and clients are screaming. I give it two yrs and the place will implode. Clients will leave and the doors will close. Hewitt had such a positive reputation within the market place and now I'm embarrassed to admit I work there.
