Pros
Appraisals are good to sustain in the Organization, they have a good learning environment with no or minimal politics among the Colleagues, that's the best thing I found in Alight.
Cons
Doing a lot of Cost cutting after Aon Hewitt transformed into Alight Solutions. They are looking for employees who are average performer(ignoring their Loyalty towards the Organization) and based on their performance, they would make the best possible ways to point your performance and are throwing away the employees from the Company. Hence Cost Cutting Succeeded.
