Pros

It's a culturally diverse company that does not discriminate. The company was very tolerant and willing to show me what to do at my job. I had great team leaders and managers.

Cons

I cannot think of any.

Pros

Nice work environment with many social interactions. Colleagues are always willing to assist you, unlike supervisors. Existing employees have to train new employees, which results in a rapid build up of social contacts. Colleagues are all aged between 15 and 21 years old. Some discount on purchases.

Cons

The salary is low. Working times are excessively irregular. The ability of viewing your work schedule online lacks recent information and often doesn’t match the ‘real’ schedule. You can’t make personal appointments more than two weeks ahead. You may not be absent more than once a year (including illness). The management plans in your holidays, which often doesn’t coincide with school’s holidays. Work agreement will be renewed up to three years, after that you’ll have to get a permanent contract – which you won’t get. Insufficient experienced employees. Only hiring people aged 15 to 18 years old. Management does not threat employees like they should be threatened. Team leaders are not contributing to healthy atmosphere with condescending attitudes. Eployees train each other; you should not be expecting advice from higher up. Employees and management are heavily seperated.
