      Pros

      Good work/ life balance, interesting field of activity, great guys, an interesting technology and a lot of trust between the employees and the management.

      Cons

      The amounts of pivots to the company strategy are staggering. Every quarter the flagship product changes. Medium to long range planning are almost impossible, workload planning is a mess. Slow to promote.

      Tarrible management, low salary, not appreciated as an employee, no perks, constant work load due bad decisions, HR talks a lot but does very little, no perks you would expect from a "High Tech" company.

      CTC they offer is all FIX except this there is nothing good about this company.

      lot of cons this space is not enough to list all but will list few 1. HIRE and FIRE company 2. make you work on weekends 3. no work life balance 4. horrible managers micromanaging everything, playing all type of tricks and games 5. LOT of politics 6. overall a very horrible work environment 7. lot of work pressure as they are always firing people (every 3 months)
