Pros
Great people in development - the day-to-day life is a lot of fun socially. The working environment is interesting - a multi-process real time system with the tools and infrastructure to support it.
Cons
The company doesn't seem to care about it's employees. The feeling I always got from management was that "if someone wants to leave, they'll leave", and not that they'd like to keep them.
