CTC they offer is all FIX except this there is nothing good about this company.

lot of cons this space is not enough to list all but will list few 1. HIRE and FIRE company 2. make you work on weekends 3. no work life balance 4. horrible managers micromanaging everything, playing all type of tricks and games 5. LOT of politics 6. overall a very horrible work environment 7. lot of work pressure as they are always firing people (every 3 months)
