      Though Airbus preach a “we fail as one and win as one” rhetoric at the start of the internship, rest assured that No managerial support is ever given to interns through difficult times and under pressure. The first time you mess up as an intern you can guarantee any positivity gone and you’re almost rendered incompetent. Despite any exceptional work carried out in the past, you will just be judged at that first huddle you fail to overcome.

      If you are bright, there is no chance for you there. They only allow mediocrity. They stick to it! Tempts and even worst : being a women there. Women are clnstantly discriminated. This was my experience. You need to stick to the rules but the rules only apply if you are a women temporal employee not the small Boss. The boss a huge lack of leadership! Can't believe how a company that invest so much in people developpment can have those kind of discrimatory horrible useless small bosses....commuting is a hell.
