I have been working for Airbus since a few years now. I started as external employee and after a couple of years a position in the team opened and I could join internally. I love to work here for a variety of reasons: - the atmosphere and working environment in the company is absolutely amazing; people are willing to help, ethics and compliance is a strong value here, team spirit in the engineering community is really remarkable; - there is a constant push to improve, enhance and make better: here quality comes first!!! - you constantly feel (or receive the feedback from the management) that your job is meaningful for the success of the company; - it is very difficult to get bored! Plenty of interesting activities pop up each month and it is a never ending learning experience; - there is a wide offer of courses and classes to choose from to improve your knowledge and hard or soft skills; - taking responsibilities for your work / area of expertise and growing professionally is very much favored and facilitated by the management; - many possibilities and freedom of moving within the company divisions, also internationally; - to conclude with, salary, working hours (35h per week contract), benefits, performance-based bonuses are above average and among the best in Germany.
