      Global company, decent pay and benefits

      Cons

      There is no leadership in the true sense, yes there are managers and directors, but leadership??? You will work for and with foreigners that have no idea how to lead, your peers will stab you in the back and management will never stand up for you. Management has the mindset that any subordinate is guilty until proven innocent, and your boss will not hear you out.

      Pros

      The company offers a stable income. The people in the company are very well - knitted and you feel closely associated with everyone. There is plenty of room to gain experience for a period of 5 years.

      Cons

      The supervisors are very busy and training is very haphazard. The payroll may be on the low side. Some managers tend to micro - manage. Tend to package allowances in the overall payroll.
