They have pizza parties and facade of company culture.

Cons

I could write a book. They hire a lot of people then lay them off when sales get bad. Lots of work, low pay, difficult jobs without standardization. Even the managers don't know how to do most of the work. Nothing in your interview that is promised to you will happen. The managers are toxic micro managers and bad communicators. One of the top executives said that they are only really interested in getting the best game coders and artists, they don't care about anyone else.

If you’re a man with an illusionary stature at Ainsworth you will be rewarded for toxic behaviors without HR employee support.

Cons

If you’re a woman or a minority at this place. You will be underpaid, while taking on loads of work outside of your responsibilities while being in a hostile work environment. Respect of their professional employees is a thing only reserved for those under their broken wings. The only “talent and skills” management cares about is parrots and brown noses. Management will throw caution to the wind as the internal team grows their assets, no matter how many rules and laws they break.

I work with a bunch of pensioners. Customers really hate us.
