In a very very sorry state

Pros

I wish there were some

Cons

AGT had a chance of being something but they have recently gone back to their old ways and old style of games and ways of producing them. It is back to the bad old days (I'm sorry to say) when opinions from within game development were actively discouraged and people were ridiculed for expressing their opinions. The reason all the great staff left years ago was because of this culture an now the CEO is bringing it back.

No Promises

Pros

Nice building- filled with bugs Nice people- who talk about you behind your back Nice Gym- that isn't air conditioned PTO is good.

Cons

Management as a whole. If you want to be micromanaged to the point where you go crazy, not communicated with, no raises, no bonuses, no professional development, no training, no help from HR, nothing promised in your interview will come true.

The bad outweighs the good

Pros

Compensation, benefits, flexible schedule, no micromanaging

Cons

Some employees are pretty uptight, they think they are superior. They act like they are a golden, when in reality they are plastic with gold spray paint. They do not help, they deliberately set you up to fail somehow. They neglect to give you information when they know you need it to do your job effectively. If you go to the management team they don't listen, they just don't care. Can't complain about the pets. Job responsibilities are wrongly distributed, unnecessary travel for some people, broken promises, people are just outrageously rude, too entitled, they have no clue how to work in a corporate environment, so much backstabbing and gossiping, and the dress code needs to be reviewed immediately.
