-Benefits package (Health insurance, 401k, PTO)

Cons

-Complete lack of communication within and between departments -Constant scapegoating; pointing fingers at others -No real work ever gets accomplished and there's no feeling that the company is building towards anything, just treading water with outdated or substandard tech -Management jumps between intense micromanaging and then complete radio silence for days, sometimes weeks. No coordination or direction -No real career development opportunities -Low pay -People put on a happy face, but behind closed doors they'll talk behind your back and seem to all be planning on jumping ship soon

Cool Place to work but a little uptight

it's a cool place to work with lots of interesting people. They try to make it fun with lots of activities for us to do like the Food truck, Christmas Party, charity, fitness games. There is a gym in the building. People are friendly.

Cons

Insurance went up a lot and my bonus was nowhere near the 10% I was promised it was more like 4% which was very disappointing. 401k match is good.

Favoritism unfair practice in equally assigning job duties and no self accountability by management a lot of finger pointing and no problem solving and yes they promote from with in if u friends with management
