Pros

You learn alot about Medicare and Seniors working here.

Cons

Horrible work environment, unstable job security, little appreciation for employees They record every call so the connection is horrible half the time. You have sales numbers they like to see, but you have no control over what type of calls you recieve.

Pros

Working at Aegis helps you become well rounded in different topics. Usually your job is consisted of one or two main things, but at Aegis they teach you full knowledge about 4-5 different main topics and you put them in full effect after extensive training.

Cons

the only down part is the 8 week training hours were 3pm-11:30pm mon-fri.

Pros

Experience gained, "labor" staff is like a family.

Cons

Pay is HORRIBLE in relation to job expectations, points system is a joke, don't offer creditable coverage, "management" staff is highly incompetent, computer and phone systems are horrible. If you run a Call Center business and you make your money using computer and phones, shouldn't those systems work!
