Pros

Experience gained, "labor" staff is like a family.

Cons

Pay is HORRIBLE in relation to job expectations, points system is a joke, don't offer creditable coverage, "management" staff is highly incompetent, computer and phone systems are horrible. If you run a Call Center business and you make your money using computer and phones, shouldn't those systems work!

Pros

Caring team, amazing clients. I enjoyed my time at Aegis and only left because I moved out of state for family reasons.

Cons

The scheduling could be more flexible .
